NEW GOOD MORNING YOGA!
A serene morning Vinyassa Flow for all levels! This is designed to awaken the body and soul, incorporating authentic yogic techniques such as pranayama (yogic breathing) put together with deep stretches which promote flexibility, provide a deep sense of calm and dissolve tension residing in the body.
The class is set in The Hay Loft which boasts a stunning leafy backdrop- this is a haven of peace and surrounded by trees, perfect in which to de-stress and revive. After being guided through class by Lydia’s chilled out vibes and sound track the class ends with a beautiful 10 minute guided relaxation… you will float out of class ready to face your day feeling mentally soothed, stretched and prepped for the day!
