The Hayloft, complete with private bar and tranquil outdoor terrace has housed the best experiences for our guests and their loved ones. The Hayloft is a unique function room, part of a Grade || listed building, it retains many of the original features, yet radiates contemporary glamour with on trend interiors throughout. You can style the venue to your personal taste, or leave it just as it is, either way your guests will be impressed. We have space for a DJ or entertainment set, as well as the all-important photo backdrop. Adjacent to the suite is a private bar which leads on to a large outdoor terrace, giving ample space for your guests to be fluid throughout all areas for the duration of your event. We can accommodate up to 80 people for a sit-down event and as many as 120 for a more casual gathering.
Whatever event you’re celebrating, you will want to make sure your guests are fed. With a vast range of menus on offer, we are sure we can deliver the perfect catering for you. We offer traditional hot and cold buffet options, as well as 3 Course Menus, Afternoon Tea, Hog Roast and BBQ’s. The Hay Loft has its own manned bar, where our friendly and experienced bar staff will serve drinks to your guests well into the night. We have several beers and ciders on tap, as well as bottled beers, champagne, wines, and spirits. Not forgetting a variety soft drinks for younger guests and anyone else who prefers a non-alcoholic option. With ample free car parking facilities, situated just a stone-throw away from Springwood Crematorium, its an easy option for all to attend. Our events team are experienced with handling such sensitive events, and will be sure to provide you with the funeral reception you have in mind, whether that be a traditional social gathering after formal services or a more unique celebration of life, our midweek funeral packages including catering offer something for everybody’s taste.

Or if your delegates are driving to us, we are conveniently situated close to M62 motorway and offer ample free car parking for all. The venue is a versatile space that holds up to 120 guests and can be set up in a range of layouts from exhibition style to cabaret or boardroom. Attached to the main suite is our outdoor terrace, equipped with heaters and covered seating, making this an ideal area for your breakout session.
