A sixth new hole is expected to open on Saturday 3rd August, with the remaining three holes due for completion in 2025.

What's New?
Designed by acclaimed architect Andrew Craven from International Design Group, our course is undergoing a major transformation. The recent expansion includes five meticulously crafted holes, with four more to come as we progress towards completing the 18-hole championship layout. A scenic lake has been introduced between the new 1st tee and 18th green, enhancing the natural beauty of the course. The new greens are constructed to USGA standard and the par 5, 18th hole to finish is a real challenge for any golfer.

Celebrate Golfing Excellence
The unveiling of our new holes was celebrated with a captain’s drive-in event on May 11th, with members and visitors praising the new design for its challenging layout.
Kevin Kennedy, our 2024 Captain, noted, “The course is shaping up to be the best in the northwest with its challenging design and stunning vistas. We’re eager to welcome more members and visitors to experience it first-hand.“
Additionally, we’ve introduced a brand new putting green and a premium refreshment trailer operating seven days a week. After your round, relax with a drink and snack in our scenic seating area overlooking the lake.
Future Developments at Allerton Manor
Looking ahead, Allerton Manor has ambitious plans. We’re developing a deluxe 66-bedroom hotel and spa, integrating the historic Manor House’s restored facade.
These updated plans will position Allerton Manor as one of the region’s top publicly accessible golf and leisure destinations.
